Getting Started

Starting a new fitness program or switching gyms can be overwhelming and intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. At Condition One CrossFit, we strive to make the transition as easy as possible. Everyone begins with a FREE introductory workout where we introduce you to the basic concepts of the CrossFit program.

After your initial FREE workout, you will complete our 6 session “On Ramp” program designed to teach you the core movements of CrossFit, as well as how to scale and modify these movements to your individual fitness level. “On Ramp” sessions take place in a small group setting where you will receive one-on-one instruction from one of our CrossFit certified coaches to ensure you can perform the movements safely and effectively as you prepare to transition into the regular CrossFit classes. Each session will include a workout incorporating the movements learned, so you will still get in a great workout during your “On Ramp” classes!
